This truly splendid bit of kit has proved itself - for more than two years now - to be it most desired thing.  It is drooled over, yearned for and lusted after by Directors, Cameramen and Soundmen alike

It surely is the ultimate....

The Package is The One

The Package includes the superb DataVideo TLM-700 16 x 9 7" Wide Screen LCD Colour Monitor**, the Black Box Video 5 Channel Transmitter and Receiver, High Gain Box Aerial and Black Box Video's unique and exclusive Remote On-Off Switch, with the Carry Bag, and all the relevant custom-made leads

The total weight of The Package is 2.0254 kilos

The Remote Switch is unique to Black Box Video - you won't see one elsewhere!  This is a single switch to activate or turn-off all the parts (both Monitor and Receiver) located at the bottom left corner of the carry bag and it saves you having to unzip the bag and grope for switches

The Remote Switch even contains an indicator which constantly shows your battery power level

The DataVideo Monitor offers an amazingly clear and bright screen (even in the strongest sunlight) and a wide viewing angle

Like the Transmitter and Receiver, the Monitor is both PAL and NTSC compatible

The Monitor and Receiver fit beautifully into the specially made carry bag, and there is also room in the bag for an NP1 battery (we include an NP1 clip adapter but not the battery itself) to power them both

The bag will be either Panasonic's own, or the one made by KATA;  KATA's bag is slightly deeper, but they are both excellent, sturdy and padded carry bags which hang across your body and incorporates a hood to shield the monitor screen from reflections and sun

The Box Aerial is very lightweight and simply velcro's to the front of the bag

power

  Powering The Package

You can use any nominal 12v battery to power The Package so long as it will fit in the KATA Bag and has a suitable power outlet to plug into the 2.1mm socket on the Remote Switch (we can supply a variety of adapters for this purpose if necessary)

As you can see from the section immediately on the left of this, our standard version of The Package is based on powering by an NP1 Battery (although the NP1 is not actually supplied, we can supply them for you at the appropriate additional amount)

However, if you prefer you can power The Package with a V-Lock Battery - we'll provide a V-Lock plate instead of the NP1 Clip Adapter

The V-Lock powering version adds £50 to the price

The price for all this gorgeousness is now:

(PLEASE NOTE:
this price is based on the standard 5 Channel Transmitter and Receiver - but this will increase accordingly if you choose any of the Higher Power versions)

If you require sound with The Package, we can now offer our new
Micro Headphone Amplifier

Micro Headphone Amplifier (copyright Black Box Video)This incredibly small Headphone Amplifier is designed to be used with The Package when the monitor does not support audio

The Amplifier does not require batteries as it is powered from the Video Sender down the audio cable - a standard stereo 3.5mm jack lead connects the two units

House in a robust yet lightweight die cast box (only 50mm square and 25mm deep, 89 grms) the Micro Headphone Amplifier sports a very high quality all-metal volume control and bright green LED.  There is plenty of volume and with very good quality

Incredibly easy to use - just plug the supplied 3.5mm jack lead into the bottom socket of the unit and the other end into the jack socket on the Video Sender Receiver, then plug your headphones into the top socket next to the green LED and adjust the volume to the desired level

We need to make a small modification to your Video Sender Receiver to power the Amplifier, which is included in the price

For other accessories, see the Aerials, Leads etc page
