"Hello
Do you remember me? I'm Sylvain and I bought a video sender
system. I send you this message just now because I didn't test
the system before this week. It works perfectly! I'm very
enjoyed your system and I meet many people maybe interested by it, so
I give them your internet address site. Thank you." |

"Hi Jim and Karen
I for one would be more than happy to have a link on your new website
and to provide one on mine, for your company. I regularly use
your Power Supply (can't recall the name) Paglok'd directly to my
camera, which is very neat and more importantly, convenient and
absolutely reliable - so far at least." |

"Black Box Video makes all my cables:
from standard 3 pin XLR audio cables through to the smallest Lemo
plugs on Radio Mic Transmitters. The work is always of the
highest quality, and I thoroughly recommend them." |

I've used them for two long night shoots now and they do exactly what
it says on the tin! Fantastic! You're welcome to use my
comments - I really am impressed with the gear." |

"Since buying The Package back in March
04, I have used it all over the world and it has never let me down.
I would have to say, your Wireless Video Sender is the best I've seen
- I've seen other systems on my travels, but yours is the best and the
most stable. Even hanging half a mile out of a helicopter!
And I think your Remote Switch is a touch of genius!" |

"Hi Jim and Karen
Thank you so much for the cables, I received them on Thursday, what
service. Did you stay up all night or something? The
cables are fab, exactly what I needed. So well made.
Thanks again guys." |

"Dear Jim and Karen
Just a brief note to say thanks for the recent catalogue.
Interesting reading and a great reference. By the way, I love
the two channel dimmer you supplied me with last December, it works a
treat! Thanks again." |

"Picture Canning has had nothing but
reliable constant use from Black Box Video's BIG Ones. Our
clients are always impressed with the ability to charge and operate
the battery at the same time. Our Black Box Video Time Code
Sender kits work well in a variety of applications, from a simple T/C
logger for the PA/Script Supervisor to RF linked Digi Slate.
Because of the Black Box Video extended range Time Code Sender,
Picture Canning were one of the first companies to provide a Record
Run T/C set up for a DAT/Digi Dram (1997), thus allowing the location
T/C to be used throughout the edit without re-stripping." |

"Dear Karen and Jim,
I'm still sorry your stereo foldback system was impossible to use here
in Spain... It took me a long time to be sure why. We have
telephone companies using from 700 to 900 MHz approx. here! I still
haven't found a real substitute for your system, since the fact that
it is stereo is a great advantage, being only one package instead of
two. one for each channel. Presently I'm using AKG PR81 systems.
It's mono, but on the other hand it is diversity. Reception is
quite reliable, but the case is plastic and weak, not like yours, that
was like a tank!
"The real subject of this letter is to tell you that I've been using
your TC-link system very successfully to transmit TC from DAT to
digital slate. At 439MHz it penetrates walls and people very well and
never had a reaching problem. But here is the good news that I'd
like to tell you, so you can recommend it to your customers: now I'm
using Lithium 9V batteries with it. It fits perfectly on the
battery compartment AND it seems to never finish!!! I mean, at
the end I change the battery just because it seems obscene! That
batteries seems to last for ever! I used the TC-link for about 30
production days and the battery was still OK!!! I bought it at
RS-components, is the ULTRALIFE 9V PP3 lithium battery. So you
can recommend to use it with your system as "near-endless battery
life" . |
