Our Mk 2 Micro Power Pack
has all the features you could possibly wish for in a camera power
supply. It now has auto mains switching so it will work anywhere in the world without adjustment, no more blown fuses!
It boasts all the output sockets you could ever need. In addition to a standard XLR4 socket there are two Hirose 4 sockets and even a BP90.
Mk 2 is smaller and lighter yet provides an impressive total power of 60 Watts.
The Mk 2 unit is designed to clip on the camera via its PAGLOK plate or can be used free standing to power 12 volt equipment. The new unit can supply a full 60 Watts of power, almost twice the Mk I.
A large green LED confirms power is OK. The unit auto-switches to any mains supply and is electronically short circuit protected. An XLR4F socket provides 12.8v for accessories. Two Hirose 4 pin sockets and a BP90 type socket also give 12.8v filtered and regulated power. No more blown internal camera fuses. |

Plug the unit into any mains supply from 96 - 264 volts AC, no adjustment is required. The green LED should light showing power is available on the output sockets.
The maximum total power available from the unit is 60 Watts. This can be taken from the PAG plate or any combination of the various output sockets. The total load of PAG plate, XLR and Hirose and BP90 sockets must not exceed 60 Watts. The unit is electronically protected against overload and temporary short circuits. If grossly overloaded or shorted the green LED
will go out, remove the short and it will reset automatically. Mains input is protected internally by a 1.5AT fuse. |
