	DIRECTIONS

	Leave the M40 at Junction 2 At the top of the motorway slipway, take the exit signposted A355 towards Beaconsfield and Amersham Drive for approximately 200 yards and at the next roundabout turn left taking the first exit After another 200 yards you will reach a mini roundabout and you should take the first exit straight on into Beaconsfield "Old Town" - this is the A40 towards High Wycombe (and the A355 goes off to the right to Amersham at this mini roundabout) Continue on through Old Town on the A40 (going straight over the roundabout where you see the Saracen's Head on your left) Once you have passed the Garden Centre (which is on your right), keep going for about a mile - you will then see a large Esso Service Station on the right, on the Holtspur Roundabout Immediately before the Esso Service Station - literally only inches - turn right into North Drive Edmund Court is the first left off North Drive and Black Box Video is in the left corner

	It is important to look for North Drive, as Edmund Court is still not yet marked on many A-Z's For SatNav users, remember our post code is HP9 1YT
