The new Time Code system is designed to transmit time code from a camera to a recorder using a reliable and robust UHF link,
operating at 434.075 MHz

It is narrow band and crystal controlled for high immunity to interference

The Transmitters are DTI approved to EN 300-220 and do not require a licence

434 MHz Miniature Time Code Transmitter (copyright Black Box Video)

The UHF Time Code Miniature Transmitter is very small and light - only just a little longer than my ballpoint pen, as you can see!

It is housed in an attractive, durable, blue anodised case

This Transmitter is powered from the camera via a 4 pin Hirose;  any of the two Hirose's will do - they are identical and either one can be used for either power in or power out

The nice bright blue LED indicates power on

Alternatively, for applications where the Transmitter cannot be powered from one of the 4 pin Hirose plugs, you can power the unit from an adapter allowing the use of a PP3 type battery (however, a much more robus method would be either our PP3 Battery Box or Dual PP3 Battery Box which do the same thing but are more robust, whilst compact and sturdy)

As a special treat, briefly mentioned above, this new version provides a second, spare, Hirose 4 pin socket for you to use with other things!  So you get your Hirose back!

This Transmitter's narrow band design gives excellent range up to 300 metres - maybe even more
